i want to add a quotacheck script when my server bootsup

its recommended to run the script in init just after the drives are mounted on TLDP

you can either just stick the script into the end of the local service script, normally /etc/rc.local but if you did want to have it as a proper "service" after the mount is done, then take a simple service file in the /etc/init.d directory and modify where appropriate to make the start routine execute the script. once that works, create a symlink from that file to the /etc/rc?.d directorys, using a name of S??servicename where ss is the order / priority you wish.
