How can I see my External HD?

I have an external Hard drive and I want to be able to get files from it or browse it. The system read it and I configure it when it asked me but I have no Idea on how to open it can someone help me?

Depending on the distro it might be added to the desktop or in the /mnt/ directory.
Otherwise you just need to mount it to whatever directory you want.
