How can I find URL of screenshot to insert into new thread or post?

I know what the URL of a webpage is and how to find it, but can't figure out how to do it with the screenshot accessory in Ubuntu 9.10. It is easy to use the tool to capture the image of a desktop, but won't let me do anything with the URL to insert it into anywhere!! Am totally stumped on this problem and getting nowhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated; thank you.

I think maybe he wants to attach a screenshot into a post? Though the OP is rather vague..

Or, maybe there's some Ubuntu tool which provides for taking screenshots of problems that are occurring, and uploading them to some Ubuntu website for evaluation?

Could the OP expand upon what he/she is exactly trying to accomplish? Maybe we can help then..
