Hi,
I'm Joseph. Just now completed my RHCE and i have some working exp in linux and VMware. I would like all of you to share your ideas and knowledge in Linux with me. I would like to learn more and more in Linux.

First you need to pick an area to learn, the install and play with it and ask qns if you get stuck.
Plenty(!) of manuals/books at www.linuxtopia.org ; try a few
