Help with installing davmail for Thunderbird

Hi all

I have installed and configured Thunderbird version 3.0 beta. It is working fine. However I am trying to install davmail to try and get my calendar sync'd. So I have downloaded version 3.3 and I have extracted it. What I am left with is the following
davmail.sh
davmail.jar
lib (this contains a library of jar files)

So I am unsure of what to do with this in order to make it active. Ive also installed java which is a requirement.

I have tried running it already with the following but the below error occurs

[root@MichaelLong davmail]# chmod +x davmail.sh
[root@MichaelLong davmail]# ./davmail.sh
./davmail.sh: line 1: ---: command not found
./davmail.sh: line 2: +++: command not found
./davmail.sh: line 3: @@: command not found
./davmail.sh: line 7: syntax error near unexpected token `do'
./davmail.sh: line 7: `-for i in lib/*; do export CLASSPATH=$CLASSPATH:$i; done'

Any help is appreciated!

Michael
