Can anybody help me with this update error. I've gotten this error a number of times.
I read that Ubuntus repos where compromised should i be concerned.
what distro and version are you running? Does this occur when trying to run updates? Is your internet connection working? Your /etc/apt/sources.list maybe the problem. It maybe something it maybe nothing, without more info hard to tell.

it's a little hard to understand the problem from those screen shots. So that we can really know what the problem is please run the following commands in a terminal, and cut and paste the output into you post withing [code] tags*.ode
Code:
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade
for f in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/*.list ; do echo $f; cat $f ; done
[ -f /etc/apt/sources.list ] && cat /etc/apt/sources.list
