It does not necessarily mean that there's something wrong with the application. There could be networking issues. And I'm not sure if the server(s) you're using may also have problems.
Do you have any evidence that it is specifically the application running on Linux, which was previously working fine? For instance do you have another system accessing Pandora on the same network, and all is working fine?
There is a link in my signature to aid new members with using the Linux Questions site. Please review some of that to help you ask questions with enough detail where your fellow members can offer some helpful assistance.
Some things which may be helpful would be points about whether or not the network is shown to be working fine for other systems, whether or not the network to your Linux system appears fine for other applications or the Internet browser. It also would be helpful to know what distribution of Linux you are running, as well as any particular settings you've made for Pithos.
Some other things to check may be whether or not system memory is low, or disk space is low, due to downloading and buffering. We don't know the specifications for your system, they may also be helpful to know, as well as whether or not things like a power cycle, or reboot, can fix the problem you're seeing.
Do you expect we can provide you with a sensible answer/lead if you provide so little elements?
Maybe you could tell us about your exact distribution and your Pithos version + any element which would have changed between when it worked fine and now?...
Thanks for the welcome and for replying so quick, I'm on Linux Mint 19 and Version 1.1.2 of Pithos and like I said before the Internet is fast other apps are working fine it's just Pithos, it actually start it yesterday, I usually listen to it at night with no problem and I like it very much I just don't know what happened. Thank's for your help!
This is the internet speed that I got right now.

Have you tried to reboot your machine? And if so, did that clear it up, versus not?
It's not clear to me that the problem is continual. It would be helpful to know if while you're experiencing problems with Pithos, if you next tried to see if other streaming applications worked fine, versus not.
The additional things to check would be whether or not RAM or disk space are low on your machine. Those could affect performance. A good indicator as to whether or not it was RAM would be if a reboot cleared up the problem.
In fact, I did the reboot, check the Ram space and everything is ok, everything works fine except Pithos, really I don't know what happened because it was working fine the day before yesterday but I'm doing more research to find the problem. You may have the site where I can download it again an reinstall it that could be a solution??
It appears the current version is 1.4.1.
Have you done any debugging or checked the logs?
How does performance compare to the web client for Pandora?
There appear to be some open issues with buffering, are they what you’re experiencing? https://pithos.github.io
Have you considered running top to monitor your system for cpu/ram loads when you are experiencing problems?
Also check internet connection speeds when you are having problems (maybe even ping the source site at different times to compare performances).
