help needed for samsung yepp!

i'm in a desperate need for help in using samsung yepp mp3-player!
it is an usb-device, but reportedly uses its own protocol.

there is what happens if i try to compile this driver:

[root@localhost sulu-0.16]# grep Vendor /proc/bus/usb/devices
P: Vendor=0000 ProdID=0000 Rev= 0.00
P: Vendor=0000 ProdID=0000 Rev= 0.00
P: Vendor=04e8 ProdID=5010 Rev= 0.01
[root@localhost sulu-0.16]# make
/usr/bin/gcc -c -Wall `gtk-config --cflags` main.c
main.c:34:17: usb.h: No such file or directory
In file included from main.c:41:
lib_uproar.h:32:17: usb.h: No such file or directory
make: *** [main.o] Error 1
[root@localhost sulu-0.16]#

there is where i got that program:

Question usb yepp

Hi,
I just also got myself a yepp yp-30sh digital recorder. Windows works fine but since I am new to Linux I was wondering if you have resolved using yepp on Linux? How did you get it installed(software wise) and so forth. In the meantime I will continue to work on it. Your insight will be much appreciated... thanks.

i got it working, but i have'nt solved it`s gui problem.
but that is not an issue at all, since you can use any filemanager you like (but start is as root, remember): nautilus, mc, konqueror etc... you can use command line also, for practicing purporses

or just point and click, like me.

but one more thing, that was my last problem: i need to mount my yepp manually.

# mount /dev/youryepp /mnt/yepp/
after uploading files
# umount /dev/youryepp /mnt/yepp/
