HELP!!! my konqueror won't download files!

So i'm new to linux and i tried using kget with konqueror
but i didn't really like it so i just wanted to use konqueror
to download again.
But now konqueror just opens this list of what the file contains.

how do i make konqueror download files by default?

Try right-click save link target as... or something along those lines.

actually i was considering that but i don't wanna do that in the long run
i just want my konqueror to download by default when i click on the file
i really cannot just right click my downloads all the time.

Go into the Settings menu then Configure Konqueror and check in the File Associations and make sure that the types you want to be asked to download do not have Konqueror in their settings.
