Thumbs up Help installing DietLinux on VMware

Hi, I need help installing DietLinux on VMware. I think this may be the problem, here is what i did

1. Open and run VMware Workstation

2. I then clicked File Open...

3. Clicked the big button with a picture of a folder and it says My Documents

4. clicked on the blue button that has a little V on it located
next to where it says |VMware Workstation Files (*.vmx,*.vmtm)|
5. selected All Files

6. Double clicked on DietLinux.iso

7. Then it comes up with an error that says:

Could not open file: "C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\DietLinux.iso".

Unknown file format. Please choose a VMware Configuration or Team file.

So can any one please help

You probably need to create a new VMWare Configuration and tell it to use the .iso as the optical drive.
