well i am new to linux i just installed fedora core 3 and i want to know a good link for tutorials on using the command line and getting around the operating system.

Why don't you try the Tutorials from this Side.
Under MAIN MENU on the right Hand side -> Linux Tutorials, Linux Wiki.....

Google is very good for searching too.

Also, there's The Linux Documentation Project which isn't specific to Fedora, but still.

"Help" is possibly the worst thread title you can use :/.
