I am having lenovo b460e given by TN GOVT. it has no DVD DRive, back up cd.
operating system preloaded windows 7

Not enough information to get any help. You would need to post information on which Linux Distributions you have, whether this is a new install of your Linux or if it was working. Also, does windows 7 boot? When you installed whichever Linux you are trying to use, where did you install the bootloader?

1. First Download Redo Backup Software from sourceforge.
2. Download unetbootin software to make it pen drive bootable.
3. Open unetbootin and insert redo iso and make it pendrive bootable.
4. Boot redo in your laptop select advanced settings from menu.
5. Select boot repair and next is "Recommended Repair from MBR"
That it.
Any linux Grub will be removed and windows will boot normally.
