gtoaster...getting there

I have gtoaster loaded on my "run program" toolbar and when I run it from there I get the "mp3 dependency" pop-up when I drag-n-play. Just to check it out I started it up through nautilus by cd'ing to it and the drag-n-play works that way.
It's almost as if I have 2 versions hanging out on my computer...
Any advice on how to get it working properly from the toolbar.

I'm using gtoaster 1.0beta6 with mpeg123 installed in usr/bin
It doesn't work when I run it fron the toolbar but it does from usr/bin/gtoaster-root.

I'm learning something but I'm not sure what...

Oh yea... I screwed around with the preferences-filetypes tabs when starting from the toolbar... changed "mpg123-stereo-q-blah blah" and some other stuff...
