Does this mean you have removed Ubuntu? If so, you probably want to restore the MBR to what it was before you installed Ubuntu. The most straightforward way is to use the "recovery console" or whatever Microsoft calls it. (Sorry, I am not real up to date on MS software.) If this is not possible for some reason, you can can also restore it from Knoppix or, perhaps other live CDs. Let us know ...
If Ubuntu is still installed, have you changed anything recently that might have caused this? Can you still boot into Ubuntu?
