Unhappy grub boot order

hello i'm using grub 0.93 with red hat 9 & windows xp
the main boot program is red hat & i want to change it t windows
what to do?

you need to be logged in as root.

go to /boot/grub/grub.conf

edit the line "default=0", and change it to default=1 (or vice-versa)

then save and reboot

edit /boot/grub/grub.conf or /boot/grub/menu.lst with your editor of choise and change the "default 0" (or something similar) entry to "default 1" (assuming Windows XP is number 2 in the list.
