Forward the BitTorrent Ports To my Computer

I just put a router on my system and low and behold my downloading has come to a grinding halt. Can someone tell me how I can solve this. I use Ubuntu 6.06 LTS, I prefer to use the Bittornado client, and I have a D-Link DI-604 router. I really would appreciate any advice, Thank-you.

There's a guide at http://portforward.com/english/route...BitTornado.htm
Remember to configure any software firewall you have running as well - or just disable it if you're using your router's firewall.
