fix error grub rescue

This is not a problem (at this moment). You can fix it later if you wish, but not related at all.

looks like /dev/sda1 is not a valid filesystem, cannot be booted.

As had already been mentioned there appears to be something wrong with the filesystem on sda1. Was this a working system? Explain in detail what you was doing when this happened. Maybe run fsck on the partition will fix.
