Exclamation kde is busted! cant find files!


after installing some plugins, i rebooted my computer. after i did, some icons in the desktop werent working, nor could konqueror run properly either. in the taskbar, the icons next to the folders are missing, and some subdirectories are missing. did installing the plugins screw up my computer? oh, if it helps, i installed a flash plugin, an acrobat reader plugin, and i tried to install netscape. thanks for anyones help!

if no one can answer this, could someone tell me how to run GAIM from command line?
