file that won't be deleted (dc_qt, dctc)

i use dctc (dc_qt) to get on the dc network.. in fact it's the only dc client that i can use...
I downloaded a file and it shows up as a 0MB, i tried to delete it but it just flickers (it appears and disappears), and it still appears in the dc_qt queque...
any advice ?
ps:when i kill the download.. it reappears...and i can't even download it

i don't know what your deal is with the file... have you tried deleteing it using term?

#: rm /your/file/name

If you have to try it as root too..
