Did you run

Code:
apt-get --fix-missing
as suggested by the error message?

If so, what happened?

It is entirely possible that that repo was off-line or overloaded at the time. That does happen from time to time; I have experienced it.

Try again later and let us know what happens.

Also, please learn how to use "Code" tags, which become available when you click the "Go Advanced" button at the bottom of the "compose post" window. They make reading terminal output much easier.

The first thing I would do upon seeing that message is verify my internet connection is working. Start from the basics...

Can you try running apt-get update again?

The version of iceweasel in the kali repository you're accessing is now 38.7.1 and the version you're trying to download, 38.7.0, has recently been removed, hence the 404.

it is definitely not available. Looks like that is an error on http://security.kali.org. Probably you can ask them. Probably it is fixed already. Or you may try to uninstall it before upgrade and reinstall it afterward.

To mark a package as held back, preventing it from being automatically installed, upgraded or removed:

Code:
sudo apt-mark hold <package>
Remember to unhold it when the package becomes available again.
