Talking ...Failed to download repository information....


Get this message after running Update Manager
.....is it an easy fix??

If you are sure you were online at the time, ie you could get to other web sites, then the repos could have need down. If this is still failing, change to another repo in Synaptic and try again.

are sure you were online at the time, ie you could get to other web sites, then the repos could have need down. If this is still failing, change to another repo in Synaptic and try again.

..........tried that....same message...

You have two issues. First the key for one repository is missing.

Try this link it should help.

Second. error 404 indicates that that server is down. You can try another mirror or just simply wait until it is back on line.
