Exc library not avaliable

Dear All,
I am unable to link the libraries exc, mld, aio_raw.
I am getting following error messages
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lexc
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
and similar message to mld and aio_raw.
I searched the libraries exc, mld and aio_raw. But i did not found in my box(RHEL-5).
I googled the same but did not found much info.
From where should i get details about these libraries as we are porting application from unix to Linux (RHEL-5) 64 bit or is there any other compatable libraries in linux(RHEL-5).

Thanks
Pramod
