[SOLVED] Error in installing UBUNTU

I'm trying to install Ubuntu in my (new) MSI laptop which comes with DOS operating system. following error message is showing, and not proceed to install Ubuntu.

You can either turn off ACPI in the BIOS setup, or use 'noacpi' on the command line at boot.
