Dual Boot Vista Linux

I am building a new PC,(the parts are on the way). I want to dual boot Vista and Linux. I will have 3 hard drives and plenty of space. When do I create the partitions? Thanks.

Apparently, whenever you're ready to install the systems?

It might be a good idea to create a partition for Windows, leaving some space on your drive blank, then install Windows, and partition the free space whe installing Linux.
