dual boot system booting in Redhat linux but not booting in Windows XP

Hi All,

I have Redhat Linux and Windows XP on same hard disk on my pc. But not able to enter into windows xp. When I enter boot password, 'GRUB loading' message comes and then two options come for selecting either Linux or Others(Windows) for booting. when I click on linux, it is ok. but when I click on others, windows does not start and system again asks for boot-password. This cycle gets repeated. Please help me out.

Thanks
Sumitra

The loader is grub loader. My windows is having C,D,and E drives. I am even not able to access them through linux. The grub.conf file contents show that linux is on (hd0,2) and Others(Windows is on (hd0,0).
please help me out.

Thanks

Can you post the partition information requested above? Boot Red Hat, open a terminal log in as root by entering: su- ,hit the enter key, enter your password and type: fdisk -l (lower case Letter L) and post the output here.
