Question Dual boot on SAN with RHEL and SUSE

Hi all,

I have a problem in dual boot with RHEL and SUSE in SAN.I have followed the steps..
Step 1:I have changed the boot sequence in HBA bios to LUN0
Step 2:Started installing RHEL, and Came up successfully
Step 3:Changed the boot sequence to LUN1 and started installing SUSE with boot from root partition.
Step 4:Successfully installed
Step 5:When to RHEL's /boot/grub/menu.lst and added the linux
like
title SUSE
root(hd1,0)
kernal path
initrd pat
step6:But when "SUSE" was selected from RHEL bootloader it shows root(hd1,o) harddisk not found.

I checked the LUN's,they are visible to my server.

Is it possible configure RHEL and SUSE to use the same GRUB.If yes please send me the steps to do the same.I am new to linux....please help me..........
Thanks in advance....
