what drivers for WHAT hardware
most are in the kernel anyway
and app-get should have installed an ati or nvidia driver
IF that is what you are talking about
? have you read any of the ubuntu install documents ? or the help web pages ?
Thanks for reply, but to tell you the truth I have looked all over the web for a way to help me out with this problem I have got with my Elonex webbook I turn it on and when the ubuntu logo stops scrolling my screen goes blank, I have connected a monitor to it and the page is fine, Most of the explanations I haqve read state that it must be a the graphics driver is faulty and needs to upgrade. I have tried to no avail to fix it wqith the answers etc that bI found on the web. I hope that gives you enough info to help me to sort it out, Cheerc TCup
