Disabling auto redial in mandrake 9.2

Hi guys,

I used to use the kppp tool in mandrake 9.1. Since then I have installed mandrake 9.2 and I can't find kppp anywhere so I have been using the dial up tool in the control centre. The trouble is that I have to go in to the control centre everytime and it reconnects once the modem connection is lost. Is there anyway how I can add a shortcurt to my desktop and stop the connection reconnecting??

Cheers,
Wags

Wags,
I cant answer your question because I'm not sure but kppp is on your installation cd, if you would just as soon use kppp.
I really like kppp myself, it wasnt installed wiyh a default install of 9.2 for me. I had to install it.

Continued gratitude to all those who help us newbies
