Disabling a Modules in Mint 15

Hi LQ

I want to disable a module in Mint 15. I found this article but I'm not sure if it applies to any Mint version

http://virusandlinux.baskoroadi.web....in-linux-mint/

Is it still valid or is it dated for older Mint versions. Thx

That article looks correct to me. I use slackware not mint, but I have blacklisted modules in much the same way.
