dialer question

at the moment i am living with 2 other people who are complaining at me that when they wake up they cant use the phone because i have the internet on.
i turn it off when i wake up later on.
at the moment i use wvdial to connect to the internet and when it gets disconnected it auto dials back in.
now finally my question!
is there a internet dialer out there i can install that has a time cut off?
example being can i set it to disconnect say at 8am or something.
or at the very least set up wvdial to not reconnect.
any help would be much appreciated.
