Debian and Mandrake on smae disk?

Hi all,

My current disk condition is as follows:
/dev/hda1 -NTFS WinXP partition
/dev/hda2- ext2 Debian Woody with Lilo installed on first sector

My question is how can I install Mandrake v7 on the other partition without harming Debian. What changes do I have to make to Lilo?

Thank you all!
