:D basics


just trying to delete a folder in terminal, i cant cause it has files n other folders in it...
how can i delete erverythng in a folder in a command?

rm -rf <directory name>

watch out for this. it can be very dangerous to use. make sure you do not typo the directory name especially if when using directories directly in "/".
