crti.o & crt1.o are not working properly in my OEL 6

I am new member to forum, happy to join the forum. Below is my error, I am trying to do relink all Oracle binaries. But was getting below error for any action related to libraries.
/usr/lib64/crt1.o: could not read symbols: File in wrong format
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [wrap] Error 1
/usr/lib64/crti.o: could not read symbols: File in wrong format
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[1]: *** [/data/apps/poc1prd/apps/tech_st/10.1.2/sysman/lib/libnmemso.so] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/data/apps/poc1prd/apps/tech_st/10.1.2/sysman/lib'
make: *** [libnmemso] Error 2

All the packages were installed properly, can you please suggest any work a rounds to fix this issue.

First: Please could you give us the command line you used when you got these errors.
Second: I'm not sure what you mean by relinking the Oracle binaries. Please explain.
Thanks for the Response, Oracle binaries means - ORACLE_HOME executable's and libraries.
Issue got fixed by applying glibc-devel*i686 RPM.
The i686 libraries? You're on a 64 bit system....that may have satisfied the install script dependency, but I'd certainly not trust the system. Since you're using Oracle on Red Hat Enterprise 6, you should do two things:
Read the Oracle installation documentation, which tells you EXACTLY what needs to be done.
Contact Oracle and/or Red Hat support. Both products are commercial, PAY FOR products, and part of what you pay for is technical support. Call them.
