Crossover error


Am trying to insert .mht file as text from file via the object insert menu but crossover returns the following error. Ref image url

To get MS OE installed on wine/crossover you need to install Internet explorer (I think 6 is the only one that comes close to working)

I can't remember if crossover has the IE installer, if it does then use that!

Failing that you can get the IE6 installer from;

http://www.mirrorservice.org/sites/b...2/6.0/ie60.exe

that will give you OE fuctionality

BTW to avoid licensing woes, you must have a licensed copy of winxp as this comes with IE6, apparently if you have that then you are licensed to use it.
