Cron Job Nightly Email Question

I need to set up a cron job. On my server everyday a file is created that is called foobar-todays-date. After midnight I would like to send out an email to a few people with the file from the day that just ended. Any help is appreciated!!!

First write a script that send emails with the file.

Then use crontab command
