CPU Fan not working in Asus Tuf FX504ge

So i recently installed ubuntu 20. And the laptop did face issues while installing ( had to use graphics safe install & all ) . And now I've a dual-boot pc with windows 10 & Ubuntu .

So the issue is everything else is working except for the fans.. Once i boot up into ubuntu , it runs perfectly, but after sometime the laptop heats up and the performance starts to drop.

It'd br great if i get any driver / support for this issue ! Model - Asus Tuf fx504ge , i5-8300h, 8gb ram , 1050ti.

Did you install the nvidia driver for the 1050ti (I assume that's your graphics dard...)?

Yes I did install all the GPU drivers ! Tried different versions of Linux too . Nothing seems to work !
It works perfectly on windows though.

"nothing seems to work" does not help to solve this issue.

What other Linux distros did you try out and what version?

I have been struggling with the same problem. I have dual boot and the fan, including its turbo boost option works perfectly under Windows.
