Which mail client are you using?
Is the smtp server correct?
Did you changed the name of your computer? ?

As repo mentioned you need to supply us with more information. with the info that was given we have absolutly nothing to work with. Some things to try also would be to ping the smtp and pop server. Also double check the email address that you setup with your acount and the username that you setup.

Please forgive me for my lack of knowledge and am not sure what further infomration is requierd.

I have put the same properties as in my other computer which is working fine so connot understand why in the minibook lynux
i am having problems only to send messages.

As i mentioned in my previous e-mail, the only information i have is the following:

ERROR

ERROR OCCURRED WHILE SENING THE MESSAGE:
501 5.0.0 INVALID DOMAN NAME

THIS IS THE ONLY NOTICE I AM RECIEVING.
