Connectting to Samba shares

I need to access a folder on a Windows XP machine. I am currently at work and connected to my Linux box with SSH, I don't have an X server running so can't bring up Nautilius to access my share.

How would I do this using command line tools.

The Workgroup is called LAPCON

The machine I want to access is Lapthorn01

and the share name is Linux%20share

To access Lapthorn01 I do need to supply a username & password.
