Hello and Welcome to LinuxQuestions,

Please don't ask us to provide step by step, copy / paste howtos to perform a task. The internet is full of them already. Just do some searching and follow one of the many guides found here for example. You could also read and learn from the Anjuta manual, which looks pretty complete.

Also when asking a question it's always very good to mention what distro and version you use so that we might know what commands, package managers, directory structure you are familiar with.

You seem to be running redhat. Did you try (as root user),
