Compiling Kernel in Red Hat 9

I have compiled the Kernel 2.6.0-test5 on my Red Hat 9 server with SCSI drives. I need to download the modules-init-tools for this hair removal unit. Where can I get this for the kernel and how do you install it on Red Hat 9. Thanks.
