I am not even qualified to call myself a newbie when it comes to linux. I have just started to work my way into it from a very strong Microsoft background.
With that being said, please take it easy on the new guy.

I have a Cisco ACS ADE 1010 that runs some sort of linux (which version, I do not know) that has crashed.

I hooked up a monitor to the ACS and I was able to gather some information on the error.

4 lines of the following
ata1: translated ATA stat/err 0x71/04 to SCSI SK/ASC/ASCQ 0xb/00/00
followed by
journal_bmap: journal block not found at offset 1804 on dm-0
JBD: bad block at offset 1804
JBD: Failed to read block at offset 1770
EXT3-fs: error loading journal.
4 lines again of the following
ata1: translated ATA stat/err 0x71/04 to SCSI SK/ASC/ASCQ 0xb/00/00
Buffer I/O error on device dm-0, logical block 532
mount: error 22 mountain ext3
mount: error 2 mounting none
switchroot: mount failed :22
umount / initrd/dev failed: 2
Kernal panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init!

As this ACS is use for our 1200 airnet to connect to, I am currently without wireless in my offices. Could someone lend a hand to this error?

It looks like a disk problem. May be the filesystem on it is corrupted somehow. May be you will need a recovery CD to get things back. You can unplug everything, let it cool down and try to restart it without any network connection and see.
