Question changing "urgent hint" color

I know some windows are marked with urgent hint, which apparently means they blink a color. I'm wondering how I can change that color because I can't detect the current change in color. Specifically trying to get better notifications on pidgin/gaim incoming messages.

and welcome to LQ!

That behaviour most likely depends on your window manager/desktop environment,
so mentioning that in your request (preferably along with your distro) will
get you more helpful responses :}
