CD buring with GUI tools does not work in SuSE 10.3

The Nautilus tool does not work for burning a CD with SuSE 10.3. The burner is recognized, but keeps asking for a blank CD. The other GUI tool behaves in a similar manner. Running wodim -scanbus or wodim -devices shows that the LG burner does exist. I have been successful in using the command line to create and burn an .iso image. I would really like the ease of using the GUI tools. Disk copying doesn't work either. I would appreciate any help/advice. Thanks.

Many like using the GUI interface k3b for burning CD/DVD's and making copies instead of Nautilus. I do suggest you get the latest version for SuSE 10.3

I did not download/install the K3B since it involved obtaining more packages. Is there something else I can do to get the gui interface to work correctly?
