cant view videos anymore with adobe flash player installed

have fedora12 use to be able to view videos on all sites, no espn no you tube have adobe flash player installed seem to happen acouple of months ago

I have had issues playing videos from some abode flash site.

This fix (work around) I found that works for me is to delete and purge the file/folder ~/.macromedia

Delete this folder then try and play your videos again.
