Can't view Chinese in Mozilla


My distro is RedHat 9.0 and using Mozilla toview webpage. However I can't any Chinese character even I set the encoding to Big-5 or some unicode type.
My Redhat and Mozilla are both English version and I want to use English interface but can view Chinese like in MS Windows. Is it possible and do I need to install something???

Any help ??
