can't find libjvm.so

Hi,

Need your help. I get this error message.

Quote:
Error: failed /usr/openv/java/jre/lib/i386/client/libjvm.so, because libstdc++-libc6.1-1.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
[root@ bin]#
I am using Redhat 5.7, I am using Netbackup, I get this error message when I try to start the Netbackup.

I also tried doing the yum install libstdc++ but it didn't find any thing. Any idea. How to install the above package?

Use "yum provides" to find the missing package, eg:

Code:
yum provides libstdc++-libc6.1-1.so.2
It should give you the name of the package you need to install, it's probably compat-libstdc++

#yum provides libstdc++-libc6.1-1.so.2
Loaded plugins: katello, product-id, rhnplugin, security, subscription-manager
Updating certificate-based repositories.
Unable to read consumer identity
Warning: 3.0.x versions of yum would erroneously match against filenames.
You can use "*/libstdc++-libc6.1-1.so.2" and/or "*bin/libstdc++-libc6.1-1.so.2" to get that behaviour
