Cannot revert LVM snapshot.

Hello

I'm not able to revert snapshot I've taken 10 min ago. I get the error

Code:
# lvs
LV VG Attr LSize Pool Origin Data% Meta% Move Log Cpy%Sync Convert
  cnt vg owi-aos--- 200.00g
  snap vg swi-I-s--- 1.20g cnt 100.00

# lvconvert --merge vg/snap
Unable to merge invalidated snapshot LV vg/snap
What could be wrong?

Any help appriciated. Thanks

  snap vg swi-I-s--- 1.20g cnt 100.00
The snapshot became full and could no longer track changes to the base volume. Such a snapshot is no longer valid and cannot be used or reverted.

Thanks. But I really don't understand why it became 100%. In lvm.conf, I've given 'snapshot_autoextend_threshold = 70' and 'snapshot_autoextend_percent = 20'. It should have auto extended by itself. But it didn't. Now I've stuck with the junk that I've created after creating a snapshot.

Anyway thanks.

Bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+s...2/+bug/1424114 perhaps?
