its urgent matter, and to let you know i'm linux noob dont be surprised with this questin

All i need is this procedure:

I have linux dedicated server, webmin, apache and mysql now..

i have existing apache web host already installed.

is this possible to make clone the existing host to new one with all files inside and like something.com and something2.com with a different parked domain names? and different IP.. because the old one has already 100gb files i cant backup to do this test, i can handle exporting and importing mysql databases.

Cloning will clone the hard drive. In sense, it will copy everything from your original hdd to the new one including the settings and mbr.
Keep in mind that cloning can work out of the box if the hardware you are putting the cloned hdd is similar to the original. Otherwise you might need to tweak it.
You can still clone the drive and then boot the system and change the settings that you need to.
But cloning a hdd with 100 gigs of data can take a lot of time and it will copy all the data as well even if you do not wish to.
