can not fix tar packages


I do not kown why !
but I could not install ANY tar packages
I turned to my friends online
but they said them have met thsee things such as above
finally I knew that I have not install something like compilation(gcc)
but I could not fix them on when I installed them
the system messages showed some error(my cd-driver had mounted already)
why did these come forth???
who can help the poor guy!!
waiting your replies!!
