Can I install Media Jukebox 12 with Ubuntu OS? Needs Windows Media Player Files.

Am a real newbie. Up and running with a partitioned 320 Gig Hard drive. Windows XP and Ubuntu as of last night.

I am running J. Rivers Media Jukebox 8 on my Windows XP partition, and would like to put Media Jukebox 12 (a free one) on my Ubuntu partition. I've installed it, but it won't run since it needs some components of Windows Media Player to work. Any suggestions?? I do have WINE.

Failing that, what is the best music jukebox for Ubuntu. I use my computer as a part of my sound system and have over 14k songs. Do not use it for other media functions, just music; so I don't need a "media player." Many of my music files are ogg vorbis as well as mp3, etc.

Thanks

audacious is good. It's similar to winamp in design, and can use winamp presets for its equaliser.
